Quick question... I have light brown hair which I have been dying blonde for several years. Last time I dyed my hair was like 4 months ago. I now have about three inches of light brown roots. I would like to dye my hair brown. Will it come out wierd because of the two colors of my hair (dark roots and blonde hair)? Should I try a permenant hair color remover like L'oreal color zap before I dye it?

I have been going back and forth for years, brown to blonde and back again without any problems doing all my hair. The only problem I had was that the light brown did look a lot darker compared to the blonde I was used to. But dying the hair is actually healthier for your hair than lightening. Hope this helps.

Usually some form of clairol, but loreal and hydrience have some good ones for hydration of the hair. Report It
