you can but i dont think it will work that good because the hair on your arms is thicker then face just shave your arms its faster and less messy atleast for me and if you dont wana shave then use like veet or somthing

I only ever did this once,
It got the hair of ok, but took all the skin with it. Now that was painful for a long time.
