Shave using hair remove cream!!!?

My Face is getting rough after using a razor for shaving. To keep my face smooth and shiny, is it okay to use hair remover cream ( the one which the ladies use to remove hair from hands, legs,) as a substitute for a razor. Any side effects.

don't use this on your face, your skin is too delecate. I actually find that the cream irritates my legs and I prefer to shave. My partner has a simillar problem to you. He suggests you use:

Shaving oil to soften the hairs and then a shaving gel

The best razor you can afford (mach3 is good)

Finish with a good moisuriser (clinique do great ones for men, or if you're on a budget go for king of shaves)

hope that helps

Most of those creams specifically say not to use on the face. Make sure you find one that is okay to use on the face. However, good luck finding one that works. They never work for me.

I would find a cream that specifically says it's for your face. Facial skin is alot more sensitive than the skin on other areas of the body, and the ingredients in most hair removers are pretty harsh. You'd hate to have a horrible reaction on your face.

If you have sensative skin it could harm your face. Do a test on your wrist and see if it gets red or blotchy. Thats not something to mess around with. Its very strong and could make your face worse then what you have already.

You must read the directions to see if it is ok to use on your face. I would think it would state if it is safe to use on the face or not. The skin on your legs might not be as sensitive as the skin on your face. If there is a 1-800 number on the bottle, I might use it to contact the company.

Only one way to find out, try it. Make sure you try it when you don't have plans, just in case your skin is very sensitive and you have a reaction.

Success will depend on the type of growth, if it's heavy and course -- probably not good results. If it's fine/sparese, shoud work great (if you can stand the smell for 5 minutes).

I wouldnt advise it. First hair on the face is different then hair on a womans leg. Second the skin is different, and defintely more sensitive on the face. You dont use body lotion on your face, they make special face lotion so I wouldnt use leg hair removal lotion on your face. Chances are it wont work and youll probably end up with a rash.
