Are there any type of hair dye removers that actually work?

I bought this Revlon highlight kit, and used it. The streaks are about faded on the sides/back, but the hair dye in the front of my hair won't budge.

I want a new color. What can I use to remove it?

A highlighting kit has already removed colour from your hair so a hair dye removing kit cannot help. These kits will only removed colour that has been put on top of your own hair colour (ie, darker tones than your own). The best thing is to dye your hair back to its natural colour with another kit, although it can be tricky getting the colour right. The colours often turn out darker than expected from the description and box illustration.

umm i've always used bleach, but i'm not sure you want to go white.
