I am thinking of purchasing this item on e-bay as I have a lot of trouble with facial hair. I am on a tigh budget and getting it profesionally done is expensive. Has anybody used this item. Please let me know ifit works.
Has anybody ever purchased the EPILA LASER PERMANENT HAIR REMOVER. If so is it effective and does it work?
I bought one off eBay last year and it didn't work for me. I tried using it on my arms and it took forever to burn just one hair off and it sorta hurt cause the laser got really hot on my skin before the hair burnt off :(
