Can bleeding from the ears be caused by excessive hair dying?

So in the past week my boyfriend has bleached his hair, dyed it blue, used a hair color remover, and had it re-dyed deep deep blue. However, now he has splitting headaches that refuse to go away and he was bleeding from his ears when he woke up this morning. He doesn't want to go to the doctor because visits run expensive and he already goes to the doctor alot. So I'd like to know if there are any chemicals in hair dye that could cause this or if anyone has any ideas as to what might be going on.

I don't really have any power to make him go to have himself checked out, though I really want him to go. So unless he decides on his own its not currently an option.

Any help you guys can give would be awesome.

Bleeding; or any type of leaking for that matter, from the ears usually indicates some kind of serious head trauma. I've never heard of a case of someone bleeding from the ears after dying their hair too much. I suggest you go to the ER as soon as possible.

I hope your joking! If i was bleeding from the ears i would call the hospital!!! If you call the hospital and talk to a DR that is free then they can tell you what you should do just tell them what you did before the bleeding started!

Bleeding from the ear (bloody otorrhea) is never normal.

So if he wants to have his ear bleed then let him!

This could be a brain aneurysm if he's getting splitting headaches %26amp; bleeding from both his ears... it is very serious. You need to tell him if he doesn't go to ER with you you are calling 911. Those are his 2 choices!

SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. THAT IS NOT NORMAL AND NOT RELATED TO HAIR DYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
