Hi.

Have you heard of IPL? This basically stands for Intensed Pulsed Light and it is similar to laser but far less intrusive, far less painful with fabulous results. It's basically a light that is flashed on to the area which you wish the hairs to be removed from and the light travels to the end of the hair follicle and destroys it. The best system on the market is called Ellipse. It is a Danish company who started out making Ultrasound machines and they are the original ideas and concepts for this fantastic method of permenant hair reduction.

The Ellipse system actually works better on hair that is dark and coarse but you do need between 3 - 8 treatment depending on which area you want hair removed on.

It barely hurts at all the only sensation you may feel is a slight prickle almost similar to an elastic band snapping (but not as harsh!) I have had the treatment on my legs, bikini line and underarms and it is one of the best things I have ever done! You cannot wax, pluck or bleach inbetween sessions all you can do is shave as the follicle needs to remain intact for the light to work. The reason you cannot bleach is because the light will not work on blond hair as there is no melanin in it and this is what it picks up on. It can work out to be quite an investment but it is so worth it. Imagine never having to wax, tweeze or shave again! Go to www.ellipse.org for more information. Good luck! xx

hair removal cream is painfree (unless you leave it on longer than the box says then it burns!) , and the hairs grow back thinner usually

I tried shaving and it became really sensitive with in-growing hairs

...so I tried waxing but the cost put me off

... SO I got a home sugaring kit

......Pain like I had never known! took me about an hour and a half to realise you pull against the grain not with it! owwwwwwwww

took me three days for the pain to subside enough for my gf to be able to touch me

beleive me when I say don't bother! just buzz it with a trimmer and keep it under control.

total respect for girls who do this on a regular basis, you're insane!

Electrolysis works really well but can be quite expensive and take a while. But the end result is well worth it as the hair will never grow back fully again. Waxing is painful but your body does get use to it and after the first few times it isn't so bad.
